A crisp floral white wine from the southwest of France has an aroma of citrus fruits, particularly grapefruit, with hints of ripe pear and elderflower. These flavours linger on the palate with hints of exotic fruits, fresh acidity and vivacious, dry finish.
Alcohol Content:12
As well as working from his family estate, Stéphane Vedeau produces wines from other regions in the South of France, including Côtes du Rhône. Stéphane loves working with the terroir and goes to great lengths to ensure the balance of the wine-making process, striving for harmony of the natural environment, of the grapes, the wines produced and even of the wine in the glass. He has an instinct for seeking out the best conditions to get the best results, and his passion is reflected in the quality of his wines.
This is an excellent wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood and white meat dishes.
