Cape 312 Pinotage

The concept for Cape 312 came from learning the Western Cape winemaking region spans 312 miles wide.

A deep, dark centered wine with sweet blackberry and smokiness aromas on the nose that follow through nicely to the palate. This is then completed by a round finish and soft tannins.The firm, medium bodied structure will hold up the wine for 3-4 years. Ready to drink now or can be matured for at least another two to three years.
