Deliveries are expected to take 3-4 days; however it can take up to 14 days (unless you choose special delivery). Please note that during busy times, such as Christmas, deliveries are expected to take a bit longer. You will be notified if these delivery times cannot be met for whatever reason. We will not be held responsible for any loss caused by late delivery. Delivery will be made between Mondays and Fridays, usually between 8.00am and 4.00pm.
The more information you are able to provide on the location for delivery, and who to deliver to if you are out will help immensely and can keep our service as efficient as possible.
If the first attempt of delivery fails we will make one further attempt. You will be left a card by the courier with instructions for this second delivery. Unfortunately if this fails you will have to make arrangements directly with the courier for delivery.
The security of your wine is very important to us and when you leave alternative delivery addresses or location we ask that you make sure that you are happy with the arrangement. Only persons over the age of 18 are allowed to sign for goods.
Orders can be delivered to an alternative address subject to all the usual security checks by your credit card issuer.
We will only deliver to UK mainland addresses, excluding Scottish Highlands.
The delivery charge is £7.99. You can also select to pick up in store for free, and 100 reward points will be added to your account if you do so. If picking up, please allow 2 days for processing your order. You will be required to collect your items within 10 days unless otherwise arranged.
Should you wish to delay, or stop delivery of your product order, this must be done immediately and in writing to email@example.com we will do our best to accommodate your needs depending on the status of your order. Because our payment processing provider (PayPal) operates real time payment processing your account is immediately debited to the sum of your order value and we can not refund. Therefore cancelling an order constitutes non delivery of product not a cash refund.
We will arrange for a replacement / credit / refund only if any product is not up to standard. Please contact us via the website and one of our team will call you to make any arrangements. Shipping fees will only be refunded if we have accidently sent you the wrong item.
NOTE: Please ensure that you return the item in its original packaging.
Last Try Wines will at all times adhere to any legal restrictions imposed on us in connection with the sale of alcohol. By submitting payment details to PayPal you will be submitting an order which will incorporate all these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with us.
On receipt of your order confirmation email please check all details carefully, and contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org if anything appears incorrect.
