Brewers Notes:

Was first brewed summer 2011. We invited over a Brewing friend (who owns his own brewery) from Prague and he brought his own
yeast with him. We collaboratively brewed the beer using Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops. The brew was then fermented for 2 weeks (cold fermentation)
before 6 weeks 'lagering' (cold storage) to priduce an authentic beer of distinction.We know of no other UK brewed lager that has been brewed to this
full regime.
